Our story: Built on experience
Studio Legale Ercetin & Frazzini was founded when two qualified legal professionals – Egenaz Erçetin and Federico Frazzini – came together with a shared vision: to deliver highly qualified, multidisciplinary, client-focused legal advice both within Italy and abroad. Drawing on their solid academic foundations and experience gained in diverse jurisdictions, the two founding partners combine complementary expertise to meet the needs of a varied clientele swiftly and effectively.
The practice specialises in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and international law, providing tailored assistance to individuals, businesses and professionals.
We dedicate particular attention to issues relating to cross-border mobility, commercial contracts, corporate law, citizenship and residency procedures for foreign nationals in Italy, as well as business restructuring and insolvency.
A Team of Professionals
Egenaz Erçetin, admitted to the Rome and Madrid Bar, specialises in commercial law with international experience spanning Italy and Türkiye. She advises on cross- border transactions and global transfers, bringing a multicultural perspective that draws on her training in Italy and Spain and knowledge of five languages.
Federico Frazzini, admitted to the Rome Bar, is an expert in civil, family and bankruptcy law. With a background in human rights advocacy, he represents vulnerable individuals and unaccompanied foreign minors. Whether in contentious proceedings in court or advisory matters out of court, he combines technical rigour with empathy and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding his clients’ rights.
